			<description>Here is an oldy, it was given to me by my wifes father.  It was her grandfathers gun when he was a kid.  They were made in Michigan, this one somewhere around 1908, and were given out in sacks of grain and such as an incentive to buy.  Intersting thing about this one is that the barrel is brass wrapped in steel.  It still shoots, I use CB shorts.

I own 2 Mosin Nagant Rifles the 91/30 and the M44.  Although they kick like a mule they are fun to shoot and very accurate.  For a cheap surplus rifle you can't go wrong.  Just make sure to check the serial numbers and make sure they match on the bolt, reciever and butt plate.  If anyone else has one or is thinking of getting one let me know, there are a few things that need to be done after getting it home because the Ruskies loved to soak their rifles in Cosmoline.
