Take whole Neck and clean it up as well as you can. Place neck into Crock pot .Cover with water. Add Potatoes, carrots, cellery, onions (or whatever veggies you like) Add salt and Pepper. 1 pack of Beef Stew Seasoning. Put on high and let it cook for 8- 10 hours or untill meat falls off bone. Once meat falls of bone, remove bone from pot. Stir well removing any unwanted fat, grissle that may be in there. usally not that much. I always add about 4 tlbs of Worchestershire sauce for flavor. Best eat'n right out of crock pot when steaming hot. Enjoy!!!
