From the Hunting With Hounds Stakeholder Advisory Committee.

At this point, I think every piece of correspondence can make a difference. If you would like to see changes made to hound hunting please send an email to HoundHuntingSAC@vt.edu also. There are no requirements to voicing an opinion. The public comment period ends September 12.

The website Virginians for Hound Hunting Reform http://www.vhhr.org/ is up and running. With your help it will increase the awareness of the general public and the news media regarding the need for hound hunting reform. It also provides a vehicle for disseminating updates and information. Site users may voice their opinions anonymously.

Please take a few minutes to register as a site user and then go to the forum topic - Email/letters to the Stakeholder Advisory Committee. Please "post" the email or letter you sent to the SAC.

It is anticipated that some hound hunters will view the website and hopefully it will help open a few eyes as to the extent of the problem and/or the need for solutions.

Thank you,
